As a self-proclaimed “chief explorer”, I enjoyed extended travel throughout my life. I had a chance to see over 30 countries from Europe, Central and South America and of course, Africa. Some were short visits, others were places I lived in for some time. Ghana is one of the places I lived in for 3 and a half beautiful years and I must say that it is one of the few places in this world I will always call HOME. Apart from the warmth of the Ghanaian people I have discovered another treasure: natural skin and hair food in the purest form: SHEA BUTTER - a fatty substance obtained from the nuts of the shea tree, used in cosmetic skin preparations and food.
So, I decided to take this treasure and use it for natural products across borders. It can be used as moisturizer, in lotions or simply just raw butter. Not only Shea butter is used for skin problems including acne marks and burnt skin. It can also be used as sunblock because of its natural SPF 6 and is rich in vitamin A, D, E and F. Of the Shea butter from several countries on the African continent, the Ghana Shea Butter is one of the most praised and searched for.
